Ordering
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We have absolutely no minimum order requirement. You can order as few as one piece — perfect for samples, gifts, or testing your designs.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our services, choose your garment, upload your design, and checkout. Our team reviews every design for print quality before production begins.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. For best results, provide a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) or vector file with transparent background.
Can you help with design?
While we don't offer full graphic design services, our production team can make minor adjustments to ensure your design prints perfectly. We'll always reach out if we spot any potential issues.
Products & Printing
What garment brands do you use?
We exclusively use AS Colour garments — the premium Australian blank apparel brand known for exceptional quality, modern fits, and comfort. They're the industry standard for a reason.
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is the latest in garment printing technology. Designs are printed onto a special film then transferred to the garment using heat. This produces vibrant, full-colour prints with incredible detail and durability — soft to the touch and long-lasting wash after wash.
How durable are the prints?
DTF prints are extremely durable. With proper care (wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low), prints maintain their vibrancy for years. Our prints won't crack, peel, or fade like lower-quality printing methods.
Can you print on dark garments?
Yes! DTF technology works beautifully on both light and dark garments. There's no limitation on garment colour — your design will look vibrant on any base colour.
What products can you print on?
We print on t-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, caps and hats, activewear, bags and totes, and kids' apparel. We also offer DTF transfer sheets that you can apply yourself.
Turnaround & Delivery
How long does production take?
Standard production turnaround is 5 business days. You can upgrade to a 3 business day rush at checkout. We also have a limited selection of same-day in-stock items for urgent orders.
What are my delivery options?
You can pick up for free from our Nerang facility (Unit 2/12-20 Lawrence Dr, Nerang QLD 4211) or have your order shipped via AusPost Express. Express delivery adds 1-3 business days on top of production time depending on your location.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We deliver via AusPost Express to every state and territory across Australia. Typical Express delivery times after production: 1 day for QLD, 1-2 days for NSW/VIC/ACT, and 2-3 days for WA/SA/TAS/NT.
Do you offer tracking?
Every shipped order is sent via AusPost Express with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Contact us for international enquiries and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Pricing & Payment
How much does custom printing cost?
Pricing depends on the garment type, print size, and quantity. T-shirts start from $27, hoodies from $55, and DTF transfers from $10. Browse our full catalog at order.screenlab.co for live pricing.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts apply automatically at checkout — no codes needed. Mix and match any designs, sizes, and colours across your order. 10+ items: 10% off, 20+: 15% off, 50+: 20% off, 100+: 30% off, 250+: 40% off. Contact us for tailored pricing on 500+ items. Discounts do not apply for ASAP products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and bank transfer for larger orders.
