Custom Orders & Sizing

All Screenlab products are made-to-order. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing, unless the item is deemed faulty.

To help you order with confidence, each product page includes detailed sizing guides. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Refunds, Replacements & Print Issues

We stand behind the quality of our prints and garments. If your order arrives with a faulty print or damaged item, we're here to make it right.

We will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement if the issue meets the following criteria:

• The garment is visibly damaged upon arrival.
• The print is clearly incorrect, misaligned, or significantly different from the approved design or placement — in a way that devalues or renders the product unusable.

Please note: Minor variances or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. preferring a print slightly higher/lower) do not qualify for refund or replacement unless the print error is objectively clear.

All claims are subject to review and must be officially approved by Screenlab.

Returns Claim Process

To submit a return or replacement claim, follow these steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email, describing the issue.
2. Attach clear photos that visibly show the fault or damage.
3. Screenlab will review your claim. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label for the faulty item(s).

Once the item is returned and inspected, we'll proceed with either:

• A free replacement
• A store credit
• Or a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference

Important Notes

• You must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• We aim to resolve claims quickly and fairly — our goal is to make sure you love what you receive from us.
